Users are only permitted to use these Materials in order to utilize Aquatree’s offerings for their personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of Aquatree’s materials, including modification, distribution, or reproduction for purposes other than your personal use without written approval from Aquatree is strictly prohibited.
Trademarks. “Aquatree,” “Grow Free” and all other Aquatree marks and logos, all titles, characters, names, graphics, and button icons are service marks and/or trademarks of Aquatree or otherwise proprietary to Aquatree and may not be used by anyone for any reason other than as expressly permitted by the Terms and/or express, written permission provided by Aquatree. All other trademarks, service marks, product names, and company names, logos, designs, or slogans appearing by and through the Aquatree offerings are the property of their respective owners. Any permission for use does not grant ownership rights in or to such marks, logos, or names.
