- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8 ounces firm tofu drained and cubed
- 2 cups radish microgreens
- 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 carrot thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- Optional: red pepper flakes for added heat
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add tofu cubes and stir-fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add radish microgreens, bell pepper, carrot, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes if using.
Add the cooked tofu back to the skillet and pour the sauce over the ingredients. Stir-fry for an additional minute to coat everything evenly.
